What Is the Process for Referring a Patient?
Step 1: Initiate The Process
To expedite the benefit investigation and authorization, please fax or email our required form and supporting documentation. Our team will promptly process your request.
Step 2: Pre-Authorization
Our dedicated team will meticulously research and secure all eligible financial assistance programs to minimize out-of-pocket expenses for your patients, ensuring the most cost-effective infusion therapy options.
Step 3: Appointment Scheduling
Upon receiving pre-authorization approval, the Patient Access Coordinators (PACs) arrange an appointment with the patient and provide comprehensive education on the preparation for infusion.
Step 4: Infusion Day
At BioHealth Infusion Center, our commitment to being 'patient-care advocates' defines every aspect of the infusion experience. We offer a selection of snacks and beverages, along with comfortable private rooms equipped with television streaming services such as Hulu and Netflix. Additionally, our facility provides complimentary Wi-Fi and offers plush blankets and pillows for the ultimate comfort.
